Incline bench is the best for doing crunches

Because my home gym is so modestly sized, I am very careful about any investment into large fitness equipment. I want to have enough space to jump rope, lunge, squat in addition to performing all the different exercises without worrying about hitting something. I have purchased a small set of free weights, 2 medicine balls, resistance bands, yoga mat in addition to jump rope. I felt that inventory of workout gear was sufficient for a variety of workouts in addition to targeting all the different muscle groups. I could incorporate high-impact aerobics, strength training, stretching, static positions in addition to more. I used the yoga mat to perform different styles of abdominal crunches. Since I focus quite heavily on the section around my waist in addition to my tummy, I do a lot of crunches. The yoga mat is not ideal for this. I scraped the skin off my butt near my tailbone. It was raw in addition to painful. I did some research in addition to coming across the idea of buying an incline bench. The bench doesn’t take up very much space. It can be wedged tight against the wall when not in use. It adjusts to varying degrees of incline in addition to including a padded seat. It increases the difficulty in addition to benefit of all styles of crunches. I sometimes hook both my feet so that my head is closer to the ground in addition to performing standard stand ups. In the same position, I can crunch in addition to performing twisting exercises that contract in addition to toil the external oblique muscles. When I hang on tightly with my hands in addition to having my head at the high end of the incline, the exercises focus on my lower abdominal muscles. I’ve noticed an improvement in my muscle tone since adding the inclined bench.
